Regulating to mitigate climate change - a response to the Stern Review
The independent Better Regulation Commission has published its review of
the regulatory aspects of the Stern report and expresses concern that hasty
and inappropriate action may be taken. The Commission sets seven challenges
to climate change policy-makers and calls for Government to adopt these
tests to guide policy in this important crucial area.
