Spotlight on Better Regulation
In addition to its substantial work programme of major studies, the Better
Regulation Commission is preparing a monthly series of short papers
addressing specific issues raised by stakeholders. The aim of these papers
is to highlight good and bad practice in meeting the aims of a particular
area of legislation and make recommendations for improvement actions.
Our latest paper deals with regulatory issues associated with increasing
use of bio–diesel.
